Henderson has always put up a lot of effort. Thierry Henry, a former Arsenal forward, has already made the implication that the England international‘s work rate is his best attribute.
He said the following to Amazon Prime in December 2021, as reported by The Daily Mail: “He makes me think of James Milner and Gareth Barry. When he first started, I recall doubting he would develop into the player he is today.
“When discussing Liverpool, he is not the person who comes to mind first. But I continue to work with some young children.
“You can’t all be Mohamed Salah or (Lionel) Messi, but if you put in the effort, have a strong work ethic, have a positive attitude, and are professional, you can become Henderson and be the winner of the trophy.
He was the one, therefore it goes without saying that Liverpool waited a very long time for the Premier League title.
“I’m a huge fan of him, but it’s hard to replicate Mohamed Salah, it’s hard to copy those individuals and people talk about those guys.”
