Manchester city’s new striker names Man Utd as the opponent he wants to face

Erling Haaland‘s transfer to Manchester City is among the greatest deals of the summer. The Norwegian Star is the club’s newest high-profile acquisition, and his job will be to lead them to the European Championship.

The former Borussia Dortmund player signed a contract with his new club earlier this summer, and on Sunday, he participated in a news conference with them.

Speaking in front of his new supporters, the 21-year-old was asked which team he’s looking forward to playing the most as he prepares to make his Premier League bow.

“Yeah, I have to say I don’t like to say the words… but Manchester United,” he said, as seen above.

United make the trip to the Etihad Stadium on October 1, with new boss Erik ten Hag aiming to get his derby record off to a good start.
