Sir Alex Ferguson has asked Manchester United to sign £21 million rated star immediately

Sport1 news Sir Alex Ferguson forwarded a recommendation to Manchester United to check into Trapp.

Erik ten Hag must be interested in order for a move to be made. So far this transfer window, the new manager has driven United’s transfer policy. According to BILD, Ten Hag is totally supportive of the move.

Earlier this week, Trapp was asked about the rumors. According to The Sun, he said, “It’s always great when rumors like this come out.” It’s a lovely compliment. But I’m unable to intervene.”

He will likely be even more flattered to learn Sir Alex Ferguson has been involved in the hunt for his signature.

BILD report Eintracht Frankfurt want £21 million for Trapp and wants a deal to be concluded quickly if at all, to allow them time to sign a replacement.

Sky claim United have made an approach for Newcastle’s Martin Dubravka, possibly put off by the asking price for Trapp.
