Blues prospect Armando Broja wants assurances of first-team football from the club, according to Goal’s Chelsea correspondent Nizaar Kinsella, amid interest from West Ham, Napoli, Atalanta, and Everton. The London club’s current preference is to evaluate the 20-year-old during pre-season before making a decision.
After two solid loan stints, first with Chelsea partner Vitesse Arnhem and then with Southampton, the Albanian forward has piqued the interest of a number of clubs. The striker scored 11 goals in 34 games for Vitesse before moving on to the Premier League, where he scored nine goals in 38 games for Southampton.
However, reports claim that West Ham has held talks with Chelsea about signing the 20-year-old, with a fee of £30 million being mentioned.
Despite his young age, the Chelsea academy product has demonstrated a clear ability to score goals, which has piqued the interest of a number of major league clubs.
With Romelu Lukaku set to return to Inter Milan, Thomas Tuchel‘s side is lacking in attacking options. This could open the door for Broja at Stamford Bridge, as the wonder kid has already been mentioned as a possible replacement for the Belgian.
