Tahith Chong joined Manchester United in 2016 from Feyenoord. Chong, who came through the academy, has only made five league appearances in four seasons and has been loaned out multiple times.
The Dutch winger is now attracting interest from his former club, with 1908 reporting that Feyenoord could make a summer move for Chong.
The 22-year-old was once highly rated at Manchester United but has failed to impress during loan spells. Chong scored just one goal for Birmingham City last season, and he had the same result at Club Brugge and Werder Bremen.
At 22, Chong is too young to succeed at Manchester United and should probably quit the team in order to advance his career. Erik ten Hag will undoubtedly want to sign a top winger this summer despite having few options in wide areas.
Chong might be given an opportunity under the new management now that Ten Hag has taken over because many Manchester United players will have the chance to start again and impress the Dutch coach in the preseason.
