In place of Jude Bellingham, former Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has suggested two midfielders that his former team should consider signing in the summer.
The Reds have already finished the summer’s incoming transfer transaction. Calvin Ramsay, Darwin Nunez, and Fabio Carvalho are the only players who may have recently joined this window but have already been secured.

Johnson has listed two other players who would be a good match for Liverpool despite the apparent links to Bellingham. Declan Rice of West Ham and Nicolo Barella of Inter Milan have been suggested by the former right-back as the ideal midfield additions for his old team.
Declan Rice would be my choice right now, Johnson told GGRecon. Declan would be the ideal fit for Jordan Henderson’s position if he were to leave in a few years, as Sadio Mane did.
