According to the article, “one of Antony’s, the Ajax winger‘s, representatives is believed to be in Manchester this week.”

Ajax does not wish to lose any more key players this summer, but they are preparing for the fact they might not be able to turn down an offer from United. The Times reports they are looking for £68 million.
The Dutch side has just signed winger Francisco Conceicao from Porto, and they have already admitted he will be Antony’s successor.
Ajax technical manager Gerry Hamstra confirmed this to Het Parool, commenting: “Conceição is another example of bringing the successor, in this case, Antony, into your selection.”
He added: “I assume that no one leaves this core anymore. Of course, you can never say never, I’ve learned that by now.”
Erik ten Hag signed Antony for Ajax and the winger is said to be ‘determined’ to reunite with the manager at Old Trafford and follow Lisandro Martinez in making the switch, The Times reports.
Ten Hag has insisted United needs another attacking player, telling a press conference: “‘I think it’s vital if you want to get success, the season is really long.
“That is a reason, but also the number of games. You need more options in offense. But we also have still time to fill that in.”
