Cristiano Ronaldo has thanked Manchester United fans for their support following Erik ten Hag’s side’s third consecutive win, a 1-0 victory over Leicester City.
Jadon Sancho scored the game’s sole goal midway through the first half as United won by a single goal at the King Power Stadium. Following a dismal start to the season, United have since won their past three games against Liverpool, Southampton, and Leicester, pushing them up to fifth in the process.
It has been a terrific turnaround for the Red Devils, who were heavily criticized at the start of the season for performances in defeats to Brentford and Brighton. Ten Hag has already had to deal with a lot during his short time at the club, including Ronaldo‘s situation as the forward expressed his desire to leave Old Trafford in July.
