According to reports, Manchester United is a top destination for Ajax winger Antony.
Fabrizio Romano claims that the Brazilian “wants the move immediately.” A move to Old Trafford is apparently being pushed for by his entourage.
Ajax is reluctant to part with Antony after selling Sebastian Haller, Noussair Mazraoui, and Ryan Gravenberch.
Romano says in an interview with The United Stand:
“He [Antony] wants Man Utd right away, therefore it’s wonderful news for the club and shows that Man Utd wants him,”
United might consider Antony as a right flank alternative after failing to land Darwin Nunez.
The energetic winger, who is 22 years old, has previous experience playing for Ten Hag. His flare and originality might give United’s offense a fresh edge.
According to reports, United is presently concentrating on concluding a deal with FC Barcelona for Frenkie de Jong.
The 25-year-old is Erik ten Hag‘s top target this summer, and the team is making a strong push to sign him.
